Deep & Regular Cleaning
These are two different services that people ask for with the same words. One resets a home that has drifted. The other stops it drifting again. Most households need the first once, and the second forever.
The difference, in one paragraph
A deep clean goes after everything a weekly clean never has time for: inside the oven, behind the appliances, the tops of doors, the grout, the limescale that built up over a year. It takes a team most of a day and you notice it from the doorway.
A regular clean holds that standard. It is shorter, cheaper, and its value is entirely in the rhythm — same day, same faces, no negotiation each week.
If your home has not had a proper reset in a while, start with a deep clean and move to regular visits afterwards. Starting the other way round means the first several regular visits get eaten by backlog, and you pay weekly rates to do one-off work.

Regular cleaning — weekly or fortnightly
The promise on our home page is the same faces each visit, and it is the part of this service that actually matters. A cleaner who has been in your home twenty times knows which cupboard the cloths live in, that the spare room is not used, and that the dog needs the back door kept shut. A rota of strangers never learns any of it, and you re-explain your own house every week.
A typical visit covers kitchen and bathrooms properly, floors throughout, dusting and surfaces, beds changed if you leave the linen out, and tidying to the level you ask for and no further — most people are particular about this, in both directions.
You do not need to be home. Most of our regular customers arrange a key, and the same person uses it each time.
Hard water, and why Enfield bathrooms need more work
North London is a hard-water area. Every time water evaporates it leaves minerals behind, which is why shower screens cloud, taps dull and kettles fur up faster here than in soft-water parts of the country.
It changes how a bathroom is cleaned. Limescale does not come off with effort — it has to be dissolved, which needs dwell time. A cleaner working against a clock will wipe it and move on, and it will look the same again in a week. Descaling is built into what we do, which is also why the first deep clean of a home takes longer than the ones after it.

Questions we are asked most
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
That is the intention and it is what regular customers are paying for. When someone is away, cover is arranged and briefed on your home beforehand rather than sent in cold.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most regular customers arrange a key or a key safe, and the same person uses it each visit.
Do you bring products and equipment?
Yes, everything comes with the team. If you would rather we used your own products — an allergy, a stone worktop, a preference — tell us and we will.
Should I start with a deep clean?
If the home has not had a full reset in six months or more, yes. It costs less than paying weekly rates to work through a backlog, and the regular visits afterwards are shorter as a result.
How often should the regular visits be?
Weekly for a family home or a house with pets, fortnightly for a couple or a smaller flat. We would rather tell you fortnightly is enough than sell you weekly.
Can you change the beds?
Yes, if you leave the fresh linen out. It is one of the things people most often forget to ask for.
