Out of hours, by design
Cleaning around people is slower, noisier and worse. Desks get skipped because someone is sitting at them, vacuuming waits for a phone call to finish, and the washroom is cleaned three times because it keeps being used.
So contract work happens early, late or at weekends, on a fixed pattern, with keys and alarm codes arranged in writing. What matters more than the hour is that it is the same team every visit — people who know that the third-floor kitchen tap drips and that the bin store is opened with the small key.

Communal cleaning is judged differently from office cleaning. The people paying are the leaseholders, they see the stairwell every day, and the complaint that reaches you is never "the cleaning is poor" — it is "nobody came this week".
That is a record-keeping problem as much as a cleaning one. Each visit is logged, so when a leaseholder asks, you have an answer with a date on it instead of a guess. The schedule is written down and can be displayed in the entrance hall, which settles most disputes before they start.
Newer blocks along the Lea Valley side of Enfield — Ponders End, Brimsdown and Enfield Wash — are where we do most of this work, and being ten minutes away is what makes a fixed weekly slot realistic rather than aspirational.

Questions we are asked most
Can you clean outside our business hours?
Yes, and it is what we recommend. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are the normal pattern for contract work, arranged around your access rather than around ours.
Do you supply consumables?
We can — soap, paper, bin liners — billed at cost alongside the contract, or you keep buying them yourself and we simply restock. Whichever you choose, we tell you when stock is running low.
What is the minimum contract?
Talk to us about the schedule rather than a minimum. A small office cleaned twice a week and a block of flats cleaned once a week are very different jobs; the price follows the schedule, not a package.
Do you clean bin stores?
Yes, washed down and deodorised on a schedule. It is the single most complained-about area in most blocks and the one most often left out of a cleaning specification, so check whether your current contract actually includes it.
What happens if our regular cleaner is off?
Cover is arranged and told about the site before they arrive, using the same written schedule. You should not notice, and you should not have to chase.
