Cleaning Services in Marylebone and Fitzrovia

W1 has the tightest access of anywhere we cover. No parking worth the name, a shared front door onto a busy street, one small lift shared by every flat in the building, and a caretaker who is not on site all day. The cleaning is straightforward; getting into the building is the skill.

Everything arrives through one door and goes up one lift

A machine that does not fit the lift does not get used, and a van that cannot stop outside means everything is carried from wherever it could stop. That is not a complaint — it is why we ask, before the visit, what the lift measures, whether there is a service entrance, and how long a vehicle may stand outside.

Knowing it in advance changes what we bring. A flat that would take a large extraction machine in Enfield gets a smaller one in Marylebone, and we allow the extra passes rather than arriving with something that has to go back down the stairs.

Refurbishments here are constant, and dusty

W1 flats are stripped back and rebuilt on a cycle no other part of our map matches. The builders' clean at the end of one of those jobs is a real piece of work: plaster dust in every reveal, adhesive on new skirting, film on the glass and on the appliances, and dust that settles again out of the air twice after the first pass.

We clean those in stages, and we ask whether any trade is still due back before we agree a date — because cleaning before the decorator returns means paying for the same clean twice. After builders cleaning →

Small offices, studios and consulting rooms

Between Portland Place, Harley Street and Fitzrovia there are hundreds of small premises that are neither a home nor a corporate floor: a studio, a practice, two consulting rooms and a waiting area. They are cleaned in the evening, they need the same standard as a private flat, and the reception is the first thing a client sees.

We take that work on a fixed evening slot with the same team and the visit recorded, so that when someone asks whether anyone came on Tuesday the answer is a date rather than a guess. Office cleaning →

Questions we are asked most

There is nowhere to park outside. How do you manage?

By asking first. Tell us where a vehicle can stand and for how long, whether there is a service entrance, and what the lift measures. We then bring kit that fits and unload once, instead of losing an hour to a decision that could have been made on the phone.

Can you clean a flat that is still being refurbished?

We can clean it in stages, which is what a builders' clean is. What we advise against is a single final clean while a trade is still due back — the dust returns and you pay twice. Tell us the programme and we will say which dates make sense.

Do you clean consulting rooms and small offices in the evening?

Yes, on a fixed evening slot with the same team each week and each visit recorded. Tell us what the room has to look like at eight the next morning and what must not be touched — notes, samples, equipment — and that becomes the standing instruction rather than something explained again every week.

How far in advance should W1 work be booked?

Further than anywhere else we go. This is the far end of our map, so a fixed date agreed in advance is realistic and a same-day call usually is not. Once a slot is agreed we keep it.

Other things we clean

A refurbishment, a flat or a practice in W1?

Tell us the access — the door, the lift and where a van can stand — and we will quote it properly.
