Cleaning Services in Shoreditch and Hackney
Nowhere we cover has a stranger mix of buildings. A warehouse floor with no internal walls, a new block with a concierge, and an 1840s terrace off Columbia Road are all the same twenty minutes of map — and none of them is cleaned the same way.
Warehouse conversions are not big flats
The surfaces that make them worth living in are the surfaces that make them awkward: exposed brick that sheds if you scrub it, poured concrete or resin floors that stain from the wrong product, steel Crittall windows with dozens of small panes and a frame that marks, and a mezzanine bedroom with a ladder or an open stair over a double-height room.
Add ceilings at four metres and light fittings on a track, and the honest position is that some of it needs a pole and some of it we will tell you we are not doing without a tower. We say which before the visit, not on the day.
The busiest short-let market on our map
Between Shoreditch High Street, Hoxton and London Fields there are more short lets per street than anywhere else we go. That work has one rule: the gap between a checkout at ten and a check-in at three is the whole job, and it does not move because traffic was bad.

New blocks: the lift is the schedule
In the newer developments around Hoxton and Haggerston, the building decides your day. A goods lift that has to be booked, a loading bay with a twenty-minute limit, a concierge who needs the cleaner's name in advance, and a service door that locks at six.
We ask for those details when you book because they change the start time far more than the drive does. Give us the building's rules and we work inside them; find out at the door and everyone loses an hour.

Questions we are asked most
Can you do a same-day turnover between guests?
Yes, if it is booked as a fixed slot rather than as a favour. Tell us the checkout and check-in times when you book and we hold the window. What we will not do is promise a two-hour turnaround at an hour's notice from Enfield, because that is a promise about traffic that nobody can keep.
How do you clean exposed brick and concrete floors?
Brick is vacuumed with a brush head and left alone otherwise — scrubbing it produces dust for weeks and can take the face off soft London stock brick. Sealed concrete and resin floors are done with a pH-neutral product, never anything acidic, which is what dulls them permanently.
Our block needs the cleaner booked in with the concierge. Is that a problem?
No, it is normal here, and it is why we ask. Give us the building's process, any lift booking and the loading bay limit when you book, and we send the same names each time so the front desk is not meeting a stranger every visit.
Do you cover Dalston and London Fields as well as Shoreditch?
Yes. E8 is on the same run for us as E1 and E2, coming down through Stoke Newington, so the three tend to be covered on the same days.
